Quién es Arantxa Sastre
Pues ante todo soy mamá de dos pequeños que me tienen locamente enamorada. Además, soy periodista, bloguera en www.enmicajondesastre.com y desde hace un tiempo, intento ser mamá runner. Bueno por aquí mamá corre. Sí, porque mamá también corre, no solo lo hace papá.
La verdad es que lo hacemos a niveles bien distintos. Él corre maratones, triatlones y yo distancias más cortas, aunque ya puedo decir que participé en medio maratón y ¡lo terminé! Él no gana, pero hace tiempos dignos. Yo, a día de hoy, soy una tortuguita y en alguna ocasión he cruzado en última posición la línea de meta. Eso sí, trabajo a diario para mejorar. Y poco a poco lo voy consiguiendo.
Retomé el running en la primavera de 2017, cuando el fisio de suelo pélvico me dio el alta, y de forma más continuada ese verano. En septiembre de 2017 corrí la primera legua y en octubre de 2018 mi primer medio maratón. Entre un día y otro ha habido muchos kilómetros, muchos disgustos, berrinches, sonrisas, alegrías… Un poco de todo. Y grosso modo, esta soy yo. Hechas las presentaciones, aquí me tienes para charlar de lo que te apetezca. Te espero.
